Service Description

Upon receiving all your lab results at our office, we will thoroughly review your results and your health history form to gain a comprehensive understanding of your overall health. During this time, we will meticulously examine your lab results and create a detailed recorded video overview of the results and a complete functional evaluation form. Once the review process is complete, we will send you the recorded video overview via email. We kindly request you to take the time to thoroughly review this material as soon as possible. Following the receipt of your recorded review, we will open a voice/video chat using the Marco Polo platform. This chat will provide you with an opportunity to engage directly with Dr. Lauren, who will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding your results for 3 business days. (Dr. Lauren checks and answers questions Mon -Thurs 10 am -12 pm ET.) You can also discuss your results in greater detail and gain a better understanding of Dr. Lauren's personalized recommendations based on the findings. Our goal is to ensure that you have a clear understanding of your lab results and that you feel fully supported in moving forward. We look forward to guiding you through this process and addressing any questions you may have. Please note the date you select IS NOT an appointment. It is a date and time aside for our Wellness Team to review your labs.
