As the winter season approaches and the family is back to the normal routine, many parents may feel anxious about the family getting sick and bringing germs home. To address these concerns, Dr. Lauren invites families to join her on a 4-month journey (September to December) to learn about natural wellness solutions that can keep the entire family healthy throughout the winter season. Plus strategies to help keep your immune system BOOSTED! The program includes monthly support, monthly teachings, and a winter wellness essentials shopping list for the entire family. Participants will also have access to Dr. Lauren for questions throughout the journey.
